I'm Deric — online I go by Sensitive. I've been building gaming communities for over a decade: owning servers, managing teams, and growing audiences from scratch.

Right now I run SMPFinder.com as CEO — a platform for discovering Minecraft SMP servers. I handle the product, community, and partnerships. Our Discord is at discord.gg/findsmp.

On the creative side, I do commissioned digital art for NFL players and organizations, and I've co-created NFT projects that generated over $500,000 in Ethereum. Before all of this, I spent several years as a Sales Manager at T-Mobile, earning MVP status for Sales Volume and P&L six quarters straight.
